Returns and Refund Policy:
- Exchange accepted only if intimated within 3 days after delivery and products are in perfect condition with tags
- No returns unless product delivered is damaged or product has manufacturing defects
In case of damage:
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else MAI TAI will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer.
